Our appointment book is temporarily closed
Due to the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, our salon is temporarily closed, and we will not be accepting any new appointments at this time, as we cannot predict when we will be able to reopen.
We are monitoring the situation and will reopen as soon as we think it will be safe enough for ourselves and for our clientele.
We have put our boutique online so clients can purchase everything they need for their pets from our store. Orders will be available for Pick up on certain times & days. Please click on 'BOUTIQUE' from the menu above to visit our online store.
INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS WHO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY BOOKED:
-If you already have an appointment with us, we will contact you 1-2 weeks before your appointment to confirm whether or not it is cancelled. Clients who have their appointments cancelled will be put on a priority list, and will be contacted to reschedule their appointment as soon as possible.
CURRENT CLIENTS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT:
-Once all cancellations have been rescheduled, current clients of the salon will be given priority to book new appointments. Our appointment book will be open for current clients only, for approximately 2-3 days. Clients will be informed of this booking window via email. If we do not have your email address, please click here to add your email to your file.
-Anyone wishing to become a client of the salon will be given a chance to open a file with us and book their first appointments once all current clients have been given enough time to schedule their appointments. If you wish to be put on our potential client list, please click here to fill out a quick form. People on this list will be contacted before our appointment book is opened up to the general public online.
